Today was probably (to memory) the first time, in all my 3 years of work, being verbally bashed by a customer for not having their order ready in time. Why are some people so inconsiderate? Just because you're half an hour early, doesn't give you the right to complain, to such extremities, first face to face and then to ring back and complain again over the phone?! Lady, the world does not revolve around you, you're not the only person with a busy schedule, we have other customers and orders to take care of as well. I'm sorry if you've got a million things to do to prepare for your fab 21st party, if you were organised, you wouldn't have only organised decorations the day before. Gosh. Fighting fire with fire was probably not the best way to address the problem, but if you blatantly ignore my suggestions to solve the problem, drive away and call back to have a whine and say that it's ridiculous and that you don't have time for this and for us to compensate for it, that's annoying. You could've just waited 10 measly minutes and saved the rest of your precious time instead of driving away, wasting your fuel and time and needing to come back 2hrs later.
Oh how first impressions can be so wrong.
I really need to watch my temper.

Time really flies
It's already just halfway over 2010 ... time just seems to be accelerating as each year goes by ...
I guess that just proves that I haven't been using up my time well.
So what's been happening since last post? Too much. I don't even want to start a rant.
Uni starts in 3 days, holidays have just sped by. 1.5 more years of study ... I'm not seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Let's see if I'm able to make it through another semester.
